This Disclaimer forms part of the Policies of the Portal run by UK International London Beauty School, First Floor, Plot No. A-4, A-5, Block A, Logix Park, Sector 16, Noida, U.P (“the Institute”). The words “Portal”, “Portfolio Website”, “Content” and “Visitor” have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
- Facilitator only. The Portal only gives students a platform to present their work. Every Portfolio Website is filled and controlled by the student. The Institute does not own, verify, endorse or guarantee any Content, service, price, qualification, claim or location a student posts.
- Student’s own risk. A student who uploads false or misleading information, nudity, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, unlawful or infringing material, or anyone’s photograph or data without consent, does so entirely at their own risk, cost and legal responsibility, including criminal and civil liability. The Institute accepts no responsibility or liability for it.
- Dealings with customers. A customer who contacts or hires a student through a Portfolio Website acts on their own judgment. The Institute is not a party to any agreement, payment, dispute, injury, allergic reaction, skin or hair damage or dissatisfaction between student and customer, and gives no warranty about any service. Students perform services at their own risk and must hold any licence the law requires.
- No guarantee of results. We do not promise customers, income, search ranking, followers or business growth.
- Monitoring is not endorsement. We may review and remove Content, and suspend, block or delete any Portfolio Website, to enforce the Policies or the law. This right creates no duty to monitor.
- Service “as is”. The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and are not liable for downtime, loss of data or attacks by third parties, to the extent the law allows. Students should keep their own copy of their photographs and text.
- Third-party links and tools. Links, maps, social media feeds, payment services and embedded tools added by students or used by the Portal belong to third parties. We do not control them or their privacy practices.
- Sample page. Content on the sample page (/test-student) is for demonstration only.
- Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to a student arising from the Portal will not exceed the fees, if any, that student paid for the Portal in the previous twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
